Programme Management Services

Programme Management Office

Every sucessful programme of work revolves around a formal Programme Management function. Typically this is refrerred to as the Programme Management Office (PMO).

In our engagements we can:

* Set-up the PMO from scratch for new projects;
* Undertake a PMO optimisation review for existing projects;
* Operate the PMO as an 'arms length' managed service;
* Conduct periodic PMO reviews or participate in major sign-off reviews.

Health Check

In addition to our PMO reviews we can conduct comprehensive Programme or Project reviews. This is typically undertaken when a programme has fallen behind or is suffering from missed objectives.

Each review results in a comprehensive diagnostic output which will set out a set of short term recovery actions and longer term recovery projects.
